This episode of The James Orr Show contains the following:

• First off, James encourages live listeners to ask questions using the question interface, and recommends listeners who listen after the show is posted to join him live to ask questions.
• He also tells people who cannot attend live to make sure to download episodes from iTunes as a podcast or on the Learn To Be Rich website. In addition, he points newer listeners to the new real estate entrepreneurs resources, which include many articles, videos, and free downloads.
• James announces that there will not be a show Friday because he will be gone all day for an event where an attorney is talking about creative financing in compliance with the new Colorado laws.
• After the reminders, James reveals the new Affirmation for the Day and has a short discussion about it.
• Next, James answers a few listener questions and talks about prepaid legal services.
• After a couple of questions James continues the list of Real Estate Agent questions. The topics he gets through are agreements and references, which are the last two on James’ list.
• Continuing the topic of real estate agents, James talks a little about transactional brokerages which in his opinion are not good for making a deal, and instead recommends getting another agent to represent you in the deal.
• James also talks about agents who send you deals without sorting through them in response to a listener question. He recommends telling them it’s not the way you work, and says the agents should be finding the “best deals of the crop”.
• James ends the show by reminding everyone there will be no show on Friday, and answers a few quick questions.
