About The Daily Marketing Checklist
The Daily Marketing Checklist is used to make sure that we cover all the marketing we need for each major aspect of the real estate investing business including buying, selling, renting, filling rent-to-own properties with tenant buyers and raising private money for our deals.
Each area has its own checklist to follow to make sure that we have all the marketing out that we need to and that we do it daily instead of haphazardly.
The last part of the Daily Marketing Checklist is for verifying that our 24 Hour Recorded Information Line is up and working properly with the correct extensions. There are few things more frustrating in life to realize that you just spent $2,000 on a direct mail campaign and have the responses going to an extension that has not been properly setup or to a phone number that, for whatever reason, is not working.
The actual checklist for verifying your 24 hour recorded information line walks you through checking the extensions for marketing you currently have out and the other major phone extensions and numbers.
