About The Free And Clear Postcard Checklist

The Free and Clear Postcard Checklist will walk you through the process of getting buying postcards out to your mailing list of home owners that own their home free and clear or at least have a high amount of equity.

The checklist covers both doing it yourself with the United States Postal Service’s self serve postcard mailing service or having your mailing house doing it for you.

I strongly recommend that you use mail-merge to personalize the postcards. In other words, use the home owner’s first name, last name and property address in the postcard. Both your mailing house and the US Postal Service system will allow you to do this and it will boost your response rate significantly.

You may also notice an emphasis on checking and double checking the phone number and website address you use in your marketing and also to make sure they are setup and working properly before the mailing is sent out. Having made this mistake before myself, it is there to save you from making the same mistake.
