As I discussed in Real Estate Investor Consulting with Financial Aid I have released the Financial Aid Application for you to apply to receive temporarily discounted monthly fees for our Bronze Membership.
Here is a basic review of how the financial aid program works:
- You apply for financial aid using the application linked above.
- If approved, we offer you a discount off the monthly membership fee for our training materials, consulting and mentoring program.
- You pay the discounted fee until you do your first real estate deal.
- At the time you do your first real estate deal you pay back the difference between the discounted membership fee and the full priced membership fee in a lump sum.
- From that point on you agree to pay the full monthly membership fee for our training materials, consulting and mentoring program.
Please do realize that I am only offering 6 financial aid spaces right now. I will be using the application to eliminate folks that do not qualify and then grant financial aid to 6 of those that do qualify.

In 2010 we are expanding on our existing offerings to our Bronze Members to include consulting for real estate investors as well as additional weekly live webinars and so to help facilitate that and keep everyone on the same page as to when each real estate investing webinar is and when the consulting webinars will be, I have set up a specific LearnToBeRich.com Real Estate Investor Calendar of Events.
On that calendar you will see a couple types of events and so I will share those with you:
Fort Collins Real Estate Investor Group Meetings
First, since I still run the Northern Colorado Real Estate Investor Group (which we call NCREIG), you will see times when those meetings are. These meetings for real estate investors in Northern Colorado (and mostly real estate investors in Fort Collins, Colorado) have morphed into very informal gatherings where a variety of real estate investing topics are discussed and actual deals are presented for analysis and to be wholesaled to other members of the investor group. The group currently meets weekly, but check the calendar for details (now I can say that).
Real Estate Investor Webinars
In 2010 we will holding weekly webinars discussing a variety of timely topics. Most of the topics will be teaching or sharing a new or previously uncovered area of the Real Estate Investor Wiki. For example, this last week we held a webinar on the Real Estate Investor Business Setup Checklist which was really right from the Real Estate Investor Wiki.
The overwhelming majority of these webinars will be priced from $10 to $25 for about an hour of time for real estate investors that are not yet LearnToBeRich.com Bronze Members but they are completely free to our Bronze Members. Of course, since Bronze Members get access to the Real Estate Investor Wiki and, technology willing, we will be recording the webinars and placing them as downloads inside the Real Estate Investor Wiki, Bronze Members can listen to them anytime they want and do not have to attend the events live.
Which leads me to the next type of events on the Calendar…
Real Estate Investor Consulting Sessions
With the Bronze Membership we will be adding free real estate investing consulting to your membership effectively immediately and so each week (sometimes as part of the webinar I discussed above and sometimes as its own stand alone sessions), I will make myself available to answer questions.
My thought about the consulting session is that it is a great opportunity for you to ask questions about specific things going on in your business which will allow me to specifically answer those questions, point you to an existing resource that we already have that I cover that question extremely well already or know that we need to add some additional resources, a webinar, content to the Real Estate Investor Wiki like a new or updated checklist or form or a combination of those things. In some ways you can think of your consulting meetings like an opportunity to say, “here’s what I need help in right now,” and I will provide that specific help or focus on providing that help. Plus, you can listen in to other real estate investors share their current challenges and learn from what is going on in other investors business.
And finally, the last thing I forsee appearing on the Real Estate Investor Calendar is:

From time to time as I joint venture with other real estate investor coaches, consultants and teachers I may decide to share information, webinars, seminar meeting times and info about their activities for you on the calendar.
