Group Consulting With Bronze Memberships

Included with our Real Estate Investor Bronze Membership and Business Bronze Membership packages you do get group consulting and coaching. By offering consulting in a group setting, we can significantly reduce the cost of consulting.

One Hour Consulting

You can purchase an hour of consulting using the link below. Consulting can be done via telephone if you are outside of Fort Collins, Colorado or we can schedule a meeting time and place in Fort Collins for your consulting time.

Hourly consulting with James is at a rate of $525 per hour.

Consulting 10 Hour Package

If you would like to pre-purchase a 10 hour package of one-on-one consulting time with James, we offer a 10% discount for purchasing a 10 hour package.

10 hour consulting package with James is $5,250, but you get a 10% discount making it $4,725.

Consulting 20 Hour Package

If you would like to pre-purchase a 20 hour package of one-on-one consulting time with James, we offer a 20% discount for purchasing a 20 hour package.

20 hour consulting package with James is $10,500, but you get a 20% discount making it $8,400.
