How To Hire A Flyer Delivery Person

In the webinar I did last week for our Real Estate Investor Bronze Members called How To Setup Your Virtual Wholesaling Business I mentioned a resource that we have on the Real Estate Investor Wiki on the exact steps and tools you will need to hire a flyer delivery person.

While giving the webinar I noticed that we had not updated that page when I had moved the wiki from its old web server to the new one and so I made a note to update that for you.

I just finished updating with the following additional changes:

• I added the Flyer Delivery Person Independent Contractor Agreement in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats. The Word version is so that you can edit it with any information your legal team recommends easily without having to recreate the entire thing. The PDF version makes it very easy to download it as is without worrying about compatibility and formating issues.
• I have also upload a sample image of the ad that I have personally run to hire a flyer delivery person. You may want to use it as a model.
