How To Setup Your Real Estate Wholesaling Business

On the Friday before Memorial Day on The James Orr Show, James shared with you how to setup your real estate wholesaling business using Business Setup Checklist from the book Real Estate Investing Systems as a guide.

He discusses what he recommends for getting business cards for real estate wholesalers. He also briefly discusses the web hosting company he has used for over a decade and the free website software he uses and recommends you use for your website. He also talks about getting a domain name for your website. Lastly, as part of getting setup with marketing James talks about buying some yard signs or, at least, where to get them if you do not order them in advance and need them.
• James also goes into setting up your own seller presentation and credibility packet, how those are used in his business, how you might use them in your business and their importance.
• James walks you through how to setup your office file systems for your seller files, rental property files, tax files, corporate or other entity files, general business files and the files (and other goodies) that you need to have in your mobile office (your car or truck).
• While not his direct area of expertise, James also gives you some very basic guidance on setting up your entity for operating your business.
