- Tell you about the new affiliate program
- My mentor’s story about the ember
- Focus on what you want to focus on
- Look at me as an example:
- I could spend 2 or 3 hours a day doing marketing myself or I could spend that same 2 or 3 hours a day training you to do marketing
- For you, you could really like to contact people on Meetup that have groups about webinars
- Or, maybe you’d hate doing that, but you would love to write articles or make videos or post on forums… I am here to support your strengths and seek others to support my strengths
- Together, we are far stronger than we are individually… remember the ember story also the story of the bundle of sticks
- Look at me as an example:
- Our affiliate program is free to join, but I wish I could charge $100,000 from you even if I had to give the $100,000 to the charity of your choice…

- This is NOT a traditional job offer, but you will have significantly different results if you imagined it was
- How well would you do with a traditional job if you “sort of” showed up for work and sort of did work every once in a while?
- How well do you think you’ll do if you “sort of” show up for this?
- Compare WFHHQ to the new affiliate program
- Paid a small amount for jobs and really watched the numbers of the jobs
- Originally, provided support, but could not continue economically
- Charge $525 per hour for consulting… so taking 6 minutes to answer an e-mail is a $52.50 decision… for someone that is doing a couple dollars of work a day does not make sense
- With the new program, I can economically support you if I can keep it contained to training webinars
- What types of products and services do we have in the affiliate program:

- New industry specific courses, webinars and consulting
- For example, we are currently writing an outline for doing a series on how Artists can market themselves and sell their art on the Internet
- Series of low cost webinars that you can sell and lock a client in as yours (will be price testing but as an example)
- Sell those webinars as stand alone videos for about $25 each
- Have larger courses
- Have live events
- Have one-on-one consulting
- Then, we roll this same model out to another niche like Bookkeepers to teach them how to market themselves on the internet with the same or very similar structure that I just described above for Artists
- You could use this to go after “low hanging fruit” or go deep into a particular niche
- More niches = more products, services and consulting = more money both short term and residual for you
- For example, we are currently writing an outline for doing a series on how Artists can market themselves and sell their art on the Internet

- Paid via PayPal
- Some commissions on certain products or services may need to differ from this for example a JV where we are only making 50%
- Most pay out 40% for direct sales
- We also pay 15% on sales made by folks you directly refer make

- A much larger number can contact people via forums and other sites
