Bronze Memberships

We offer two different Bronze Memberships (both described below):

• Business Bronze Membership

Real Estate Investor Bronze Membership

Real Estate Investor Bronze Members get access to our world famous Real Estate Investor Wiki, on-going timely training and personalized consulting as shown on the Real Estate Investor Calendar of Events.

The Real Estate Investor Wiki includes over 100 hours of real estate investor audio training courses that would cost thousands of dollars if purchased individually plus documented systems, checklists, forms and tools for making your life as a real estate investor easier and more profitable.

Our training is done most weeks (holiday weeks excluded) and is mostly done via webinars on a particular topic that subscribers are requesting or on material that needs to be added to in the Real Estate Investor Wiki. Training materials are recorded (technology cooperating) and posted on the Real Estate Investor Wiki for you to access at your convenience with your membership.

Consulting is done after training webinars or in separately scheduled times. Ask specific questions about your particular investing challenges and have them answered during consulting sessions. Need a specific checklist that we don’t already have in the Real Estate Investor Wiki? Request it and, in most cases, we can cover it in a training webinar. Need a specific form that we don’t already have in the Real Estate Investor Wiki Real Estate Investor Forms Library? Request it and, in most cases, we can create one and cover that in a training webinar.

Real Estate Investor Bronze Membership is $197/month.

Need Financial Aid? We also offer Financial Aid Packages for Real Estate Investor Bronze Memberships, automatically to active duty military and to a limited number of non-active duty military. Download and complete the Financial Aid Application to apply.

Business Bronze Membership

Our Business Bronze Membership includes access to our fast growing Business Wiki which includes over 30 audio course downloads on a variety of business topics emphasizing marketing strategies to massively improve profitability both online and offline. Most of the audio course downloads that are included are sold for $25 each individually, but are included free with your Business Bronze Membership.

Business Bronze Membership also includes access to additional business training webinars as shown on the Business Calendar of Events as well as consulting sessions usually held after training webinars or as shown on the calendar.

Business Bronze Membership is $97/month. IMPORTANT NOTE: The price of Business Bronze Membership will be going up to $197/month sometime in 2010 (exact date is yet to be determined).

Silver Membership

Silver Members receive all the benefits of the Bronze Members plus consulting. As a Silver Member you get up to 3 hours of one-on-one consulting time per month regarding your specific business.

Silver Membership is $497/month.

Gold Membership

Gold Members receive all the benefits of Silver Members. Gold Membership is reserved for folks that are actively involved with a project where we have an ownership interest or a profit sharing arrangement.

Platinum Membership

Platinum Membership is by invitation only.
