Real Estate Investing CommentLuv

On Friday, I installed a new plugin called CommentLuv that is designed to help encourage people with their own blogs (ideally blogs that are about real estate investing which is mostly what I discuss on this blog) to post comments and become part of the community around my blog.

When I was running the 280 or so real estate resources blogs for investors I had a very, very different view of comments than I do on this particular blog. On the 280 real estate resources blogs I was focusing largely on sending out properties that were submitted to us to potential real estate investors that might be interested in those properties and then having the person that submitted the property work directly with them. I was not looking–in restrospect probably a poor marketing decision–to encourage commenting on the daily real estate investing articles that I wrote for over a year.

Well, the new Learn To Be Rich blog which replaces all other blogs and websites I was running, I have a much different philosophy and I think that CommentLuv, in theory at least, reflects that new philosophy.

So, if you run another real estate investing blog and want to become part of my real estate investing related community and would like my readers (and me) to become part of your real estate investing community, I want to encourage you to post comments, with or without CommentLuv, and more importantly reach out and contact me about possible Joint Venture or affiliate opportunities in the real estate investing world.
