Real Estate Investing for Active Duty Military – Military Discount

One of my goals for 2010 is to do more than my part to help the economy recover. One of the ways that I will do that is to help our military families make a transition from military life to civilian life. How will I be doing that?

First, any activity duty military and especially those that are deployed outside the United States get automatic qualification for financial aid on our Real Estate Investor Bronze Membership (and/or our Business Bronze Membership). My thought is that any active duty military person that wants to start taking educational courses and training for life after the military should be able to do so now, at an extremely reasonable price, so that when they are released from active duty they can have the benefit of months (or years) of preparation and, in many cases, experience.

Start training now. Start getting your business setup now. Start building your dream team. Even start doing deals and making some additional money. And unlike some other real estate coaching programs that I know that charge $30,000 or even ones that have a single weekend seminar for $500, our active duty military can tap into our extensive training, consulting and coaching for a very modest, heavily subsidized by me with our financial aid program for active duty military, monthly fee.

If you are the spouse of an active duty military member, you also qualify. Both my wife and I served in the armed forces, have some great close friends that have served and continue to serve and I want all active duty military members to know that we support them, are proud of their selfless service and are here to help them them.

Our training materials are easily downloadable from anywhere in the world. Our training is given via the web so it is also accessible from just about anywhere with an internet connection. If you miss a live event, technology willing, we plan to record them and make them available for download. If you need consulting and coaching, we offer that both via the live consulting times or you can drop a question to us and we can answer it at the next consulting session (which even if you miss it can be viewed via the recorded version later).

So, yes, we do offer a military discount for our Bronze Memberships.
