Real Estate Investor Articles

Earlier this evening I was able to pull up all the real estate investor articles that I had written over the last two years or so for the Real Estate Resources blog. There are 343 real estate investor articles in total that I had written–one per day–that I had on those websites.

Since the Real Estate Resources network of websites is no longer active, I plan on moving the articles over to this blog, reviewing them to make sure they are up to date and appropriate and schedule them to appear again over the next year or two. As I release them you will be able to read them in the Real Estate Investing category on this blog.

Beyond just reading them, there is another HUGE benefit that you have as a subscriber to my real estate investor mailing list that most people do not know about because I hardly share it… until today.

So, here is a great way for you, as a real estate investor, to build your list of real estate investor wholesale buyers in such a way that you keep top of mind awareness of you and your real estate investing business in a way that adds considerable value to them.

A couple of things I will point out about the email above… first, I over-simplified it to show you the basics which are:

1. You have your contact info in EVERY email.
2. Each email has a gentle, low key reminder that you are both looking for deals and a source of great deals.
3. It is ALL automatically done for you.

That’s right if you use the email provider I recommend (they are free for the first 500 real estate investor subscribers you sign up too) and set it up using the real estate investing category on the LearnToBeRich.com blog with the “special code” we provide this happens automatically for you. The emails go out automatically either every day there is a new article or every week there is a new article. The article links are automatically inserted for you and setup correctly.

All you do is focus on growing your list of real estate investor wholesalers (and I have invested a lot of time and training materials helping all our Bronze Members do that) and we build an on-going, highly relevant, relationship with your list on your behalf. It is YOUR NAME, YOUR EMAIL, YOUR CONTACT INFO all going out to YOUR LIST. You are just sharing our articles so that you don’t have to take the time to write your own articles every day or weekly or whatever time period you set. I’ve already done it for you.

And the great thing is: when you are ready with an actual deal to share with your list or you want to invite them to your local real estate investor meeting or whatever, you just log into your email list service and you can send out a custom message to all of them within minutes.
