Seeking Real Estate Agents To Work With Real Estate Investors
I am looking to Joint Venture with a few key real estate agents who are interested in working with real estate investors.
When I was running our network of 280 real estate investor websites serving each of the major US markets, one of the things that we were doing was finding deals in each of those markets. We found those deals through a variety of methods including having local real estate agents submit them to us to analyze. We would then take the deal analysis that we did and post it to our blog and then promote the analysis using free and low cost methods to find real estate investors that would be interested in that or future deals we might find.
In our business model we would then refer these inquiries out to either licensed real estate agents or real estate brokers in that market who could assist that investor in selecting that (or other investor deals) and, since I was a licensed broker associate in Colorado, I would collect a referral fee on any sales.
