On this Motivational Monday episode of The James Orr Show you will find:
- To start the show, James has a few reminders. First, he reminds listeners that are listening to the show after the fact to attend the show live. He also recommends newer listeners to look into the new real estate entrepreneurs resources, which include many articles, videos, and free downloads about wholesaling.
- After the reminders, James jumps in to the Affirmation for the Day with a short discussion about focusing on the things you want to improve on.
- Shortly after the discussion on the affirmation, James talks a lot about mailing lists and postcards in response to a listener question. Specifically, he talks about matching the marketing message with the market being mailed too.
- Then, James continues his discussion on the affirmation, and talks about setting goals using graphs to track progress. He suggests using graph paper or excel to make the graphs.
- Next, James talks about what he learned at the seminar on Friday, and discusses the “subject to” method of buying houses. He specifically talked about what he learned at the seminar regarding subject to.
- Near the end of the show James discusses several listener questions and comments about subject to.
