So, let’s get started with total yearly revenue. And here’s one of these big picture concepts that I want to make sure that we’re on the same page about before I really get into the details of how to market your business and some of the specifics on generating leads on your website or generating leads via classified ads or things of that nature. And that is the concept of what really represents your total yearly revenue coming into your business. In my opinion, it’s made up of three component parts.
Number 1 is the number of clients that you have.
Number 2: transaction value per client.
And number 3: the number of transactions per client.
And these actually multiply out. So the number of clients you have multiplied by the transaction value per client multiplied by the number of transactions per client gives you a total yearly revenue. And one really good way, in my opinion, of looking at this whole marketing problem is “how can I improve these three things”. And I know some of them fall outside the realm of marketing specifically, but it’s really good to look at all three of those things and determine what’s gonna be important for you to focus on, important for you to work on and improve. Let’s take a look, as just an example, at some of these things as we go through some additional slides. Remember, it’s number of clients, transaction value per client and number of transactions per client.
