Today, I just added to the Vacancy Makeover Checklist to the Real Estate Investor Wiki for our Real Estate Investor Bronze Members use in their businesses.
Whenever you have a vacancy, use this checklist to go through the major areas of the property like electrical, plumbing, pest control and so on to make sure that you check and then clean, repair, replace or do whatever needs to be done to make sure that you can cut down on your vacancy costs and get the top rent for your property.
