Working With Real Estate Agents as a Real Estate Investor

This Monday episode of The James Orr Show contains the following:

• After, James responds to a listener email about marketing.
• In response to an earlier question, James discusses working with real estate agents. He also goes over a list of questions that may help an investor decide whether or not to work with an agent.
• James ends the show in the middle of the list and plans to finish it on the next episode.
